About the role
Mercury is hiring a Founding GTM lead to design, build, and run the outbound revenue motion from zero. You will partner closely with the founders, hire and ramp the first 2-3 reps, and own pipeline and revenue targets across the first eighteen months.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building B2B GTM teams at early-stage startups
- Fintech or payments background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated player-coach mindset
